Marble It Up! Ultra Mod Sandbox

This is pretty much a toy sandbox for me to make small mods of MIUU for experimentation, without needing to go through the boilerplate of creating a new MIUU mod from scratch with all the C# project configuration and whatnot. The stuff in this codebase might be useful, or maybe not, so don't set your expectations high :)
